Flower Child Picnic at the Beach

I am giddy to share these images with you!  A few weeks back my friend, Viviana, the beautiful mama behind the flower crowns out there, Sweet Mimi Studio, and I, along with our talented photographer friend, Ankia Fatouros brainstormed the cutest shoot idea!  I created and posted a mood board for this shoot, and seeing it come to life through my little man, Oliver, and Sweet Mimi Studio's darling little Amelia has me grinning from ear to ear.  I love the colorful layered textiles sprinkled with flowers and wrapped driftwood.    Then there is hanging I dip dyed and whipped up, and of course the icing on the cake is that VW bus tent.  Speaking of that tent, we are giving it and a Sweet Mimi Studio flower crown away!!!!!!!!  Head over to my instagram for all the details!!

Woodsy Bohemian Elopement // Styled Shoot

You guys, I am so so excited because the styled shoot we did a few months back is finally live on one of my very favorite blogs, Inspired By This!  I've shared a few photos of this epic elopement shoot, but I've saved some of my favorites for right now!

The inspiration for this elopement came from the beautiful, scenic backdrop.  I wanted to contrast that with bright pops of color so the table and flowers really stand out.  I love the idea of an enchanted picnic in the middle of the forest, like you walked into a well-styled episode of "The Bachelor."  I recently travel to Morocco and while the look isn't overly Moroccan, I brought back some stunning textiles that all make an appearance in the shoot and prove that bohemian can be bright and colorful.

Caitlinn Ramsden captured my vision better than I imagined in my head.  And Kelly from Beaurust Flowers nailed it!  That bouquet is out of this world!!!!  And, can we talk about the floral chandler!?

The Rue de Seine gown from Lovely Bridal could not have been more perfect.  The exquisite metallic hand beading was just the right amount of edge.

The leather elopement sign and custom backdrop are all available in my Etsy shop.

Styled Shoot // Colorful Bridal Shower

I am so excited that the shoot I put together, photographed by Kathy Davies is up on Every Last Detail!  You may recognize some of these photos from around the I Love Love website already, that's because the inspiration for the shoot is one in the same as the aesthetic for I Love Love events, feminine, colorful and whimsical, with hand-made touches.  I am so proud of this one.

Styled Shoot // Cozy Winter Antique Shop

We are so excited to have our Cozy Winter Antique Shop styled shoot featured over on Midwest Bride today!  I took inspiration from this mood board I put together back in November to evoke the fresh and cozy feel.  This shoot was really special, because it took place in my in-law's antique shop, Vintage on Lake Drive.  We used all their trinkets, layered with tons of candles as the beautiful backdrop and styled the table with wares you can purchase in the shop.  Rueben Antonio knocked it out of the park with the florals and Shutter Sam brought the vision together with her beautiful images.  Thank you to all the vendors, you really brought this shoot to life!
